Hi team --

If anyone is in the NYC area, NYC*BUG has asked me (and I agreed) to give a talk in July all about LiteBSD and RetroBSD. I'll bring my PIC32-RETROBSD board for people to try out RetroBSD hands-on and if I have some hardware that runs LiteBSD by that time, I'll bring it as well.

The announcement is here: http://www.nycbug.org/index.cgi?action=view&id=10645

Nice. I've passed it on to the chipKIT steerage committee. With any luck it'll end up on chipKIT.net :)

Great!
Brian, I have a fair collection of RetroBSD and LiteBSD boards. I can send it to you, to make your presentation more impressive. :)

Reminder that if you're in the NYC area on July 6, I'm giving a presentation at the New York City *BSD User Group about RetroBSD and LiteBSD. Hopefully, we'll have a number of people purchasing their first boards for the meeting, so the meeting will be introducing RetroBSD and LiteBSD as well as getting a bunch of new installations of them onto people's hardware!

Yes!
The meeting will be livestreamed so you can watch it live and put on YouTube so you can watch it even if you miss the livestream.

Perfect.
Brian, do you plan to mention the ELLO 2M project? It already got enough funding for MX version, but may be we can make it higher up to MZ variant, suitable for LiteBSD.

Now that it's all over...
The talk and demo went really well. Everyone in the audience really enjoyed it, and I got some people set up with their first RetroBSD/LiteBSD boards. All in all a big success.
