Post subject:  Filling out the usr.bin tree

I've added some programs to the LiteBSD base system usr.bin tree over the last few days.
I added nl(1), which is some POSIX utility that you give it a text file and it outputs the same file but with line numbers.
And then I upgraded m4 and yacc to their latest versions (hello big upgrade from 1993 to 2016!) and added the flex lexer. So theoretically you can start building a compiler on LiteBSD.

I'm also (very slowly) working on a Pascal compiler. Because BSD Unix from UCB always had one and I think it would be a cool heritage thing to have.
