So it's not a nano issue, but an outdated kernel issue.
One should always assume "the latest code" is needed to run new things.
I have little way of noticing such things.

Hi Brian and Pito,

So the kernel should give an appropriate error message :).

And nano should say it cannot run with this version of the kernel.

Just what we need LOTS of BLOAT :).


Brian: How about a utility to upgrade the kernel from a SD file.
