There are some interesting articles on HackerBoards and CNXSoft websites informing about RTL8195AM and other devices of the Realtek Ameba family. The microcontrollers are built around the ARM Cortex-M3 processor.

Nice platform for RetroBSD potentially. Quite a lot of RAM. There is no microSD card on the board, so an extra SD card shield would be needed.
