I would recommend to set (25 is max)
Code:
options "NPROC=25"

within your Config as you will certainly cope with "proc table full" warnings and bus errors even with simple situations..

Seems like it makes sense to increase NPROC to 25 by default.
This takes 1536 extra bytes (or 4.7%) of kernel data space, which looks OK for now.
