The /temp0 and /temp1 (my 2 ramdisks) work, but what are the above two numbers 12288 and 16384 there?
I think a half of it should have been ok..

They are sizes in "blocks". A block is 512 bytes, so you have twice the number of blocks as you have KB of space.
